on-site Information Technology service for all Windows,
Macintosh, and Linux systems
throughout the Roanoke Valley. With over 20
years of customer support, training, and
software development experience, I personally
bring a high level of professionalism and
expertise to bear on your information system
requirements.
In the
event of a system problem, my goal is to do
that which is necessary to get you back on your
feet quickly and confidently. I only
recommend upgrades or new system purchases as a
last resort, and when I do recommend them I'll
explain why they are necessary. While I would
like to sell you one of my remarkable Persona
PCs, I've been known to recommend one of the
major manufacturer PCs if I believe they will
offer the best solution! After all, my focus is
on service, not sales!

Every service call begins with an on-site
visit. I'll diagnose your PC and will
frequently repair it right there in your
office or home. If your PC requires additional
attention, I'll take it to my office for
further work, call with an estimate, and
deliver it to you when the work is complete
and tested thoroughly.
Scheduled
Maintenance:
Set up a monthly maintenance visit for your PCs!
With no contracts or no long-term commitments,
Persona's scheduled maintenance can detect and
correct potential problems before they occur!
Service includes maintenance of anti-virus and
firewall protection, complete system
diagnostics, and applicable firmware and driver
upgrades when necessary. Schedule by the month
or by the quarter.

Maintenance:
The same great scheduled maintenance program at
a reduced cost with a one- to two-year
commitment!
